If I could give 0 stars, I would! We purchased an Odyssey just about 2 years ago and it’s been nothing, but issues... When we arrived, the van was described as having a navigation system, along with all top features. Although it wasn’t a make or break deal, that apparently only warranted $100 off for the wrongly advertised vehicle. There were many scratches and cracks, whatever. We needed a third row vehicle. If I could give it a 0 I would. Bought a vehicle from here they had it in there shop more then the time I owned it. Nothing but issues and junk. Ended up having to buy a completely new vehicle not even a year after buying one from here. Would never ever recommend.
RecommendedI went in looking for my first car and they helped me out. I was a first time buyer but they worked with me and my credit to find something I could afford. Bridget walked me through every step of the process and I went in and got to drive myself home within a few hours. Highly recommended

We were looking for a minivan and after countless trips to other dealers I went online and came across johns auto mart and with my credit not the best I filled out the app and within minutes Bridget called me and to my surprise was instantly approved! They even addressed some issues right away! And a day later we were driving home in our new van!!! Thanks Bridget and we’ll see you again on our next car buying trip!! i contacted the dealership with interest in a very particular suv they had on their lot. Bridget was amazing.With my crazy work schedule texting is my best means of contact. she kept contact through text day in and day out and made sure we went home with the exact car we had or eyes set on. Anthony was genuine, worked with my budget, and answered all of the questions I had.
After searching for a used car at several dealers, I took my daughter to JAM. The customer experience was quite different from the other dealerships we visited. Anthony, who sold us the car, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about his inventory. Once we chose a vehicle, he allowed us to have the car inspected by our own mechanic. Apparently he has confidence in his inventory. If you are looking to purchase a new car, I highly recommend JAM. They are exceptional!
