Thank you Sooo much John's!!!! We were driving through the Medford are when our Tahoe s transfer case decided to start acting up. The sad news is we had to replace the transfer case in the Tahoe however the mechanics there were able to get us back out on the road the same day. Thank you to everybody that worked on our Tahoe and all your hard work awesome job guys.
My son took his 2011 Mini Cooper there to get the oil changed.. In doing so they damaged a part of his cooling system and nearly $300 later he got his car back.. When I spoke to the techs they were condescending and arrogant towards me. I feel they should have taken responsibility for their error at no charge to my son..:(
Took my BMW in today and the service was the best I have EVER experienced! They explained everything and staff was all super helpful! You guys rock! Thank you!
