Fast, honest and very very courteous. I am always hesitant about going to mechanic shops alone as a female. Had issues with a battery light and found out it was just a loose wire on my alternator. I know several shops that would have just sold me an alternator glad I went there for another look at it.
Brand new to Johns Island and I went to John's Auto because it was right by my house. He was SO patient and kind with my 2 restless children while we had to wait, and finished the job as quickly as possible. Wonderful service, and a great attitude during a very busy holiday weekend! Will definitely return for any auto needs.
I am fairly new to the area and called Johns because it was close to my house. John was very fair and up front with me. He did the repairs on my car in no time and I was back on the road. He even gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off!
