HORRIBLE OWNER!!! DO NOT GO HERE! – I went to this store for a simple request. The first young man was very polite and answered my question but wanted to confirm with the owner. The owner proceeded to tell me what I was doing wrong, belittled me, and then laughed at me when I was getting frustrated with his useless and condescending advise. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – I called to inquire about pool service and the guy that answered the phone gave me a quick "No" to my question and hung up the phone in my face. I didn't even have time to ask my other questions. Will never call again or hire these people.

great place for all your pool stuff – The staff is very helpful, and they tell you what you need to know. I have been to several other pool stores in the area, and this one by far has the best selection.

Best Pool Store In San Gabriel Valley – I have shopped at Johnny's Pool store for many years and they have always had a nice and helpful staff. Their prices are in line with Leslie's Pool Store, and other markets out there. This bad review sounds like an isolated incident, had has no bearing of how the company is usually run. Their repair men are knowledgeable, and help you even if you want to fix the problem yourself. DO NOT CONSIDER!!! – DO NOT consider this place! They are very unreliable! They make promises and leave you hanging. Awful customer service! DO NOT TRUST YOUR POOL TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! By the way, their prices are high!
Terrific, Informative and Friendly Pool supplies... – I have just signed up to get their pool service but for the last year I have been going to Johnny's, their informative staff is always ready to offer advice on pool care, go into explanations on not only what I need to fix my pool but how to avoid future problems. They have never pushed their pool service on me and help those that try to maintain their own pools.
