Visitors to the French Quarter will find a wide variety of po-boy outlets. But you haven't eaten a great sandwich until you have tasted Johnny's Po Boy sandwiches! Johnny's is popular for its simple and uncomplicated menu. Packed in the middle of two large French breads, you will find fried food, deli meats, cheese omelets, ham and eggs, and the starch-o-rama or the french-fry po' boy. The guy dresses up the bread in the most unusual ways! Other hot favorites include chicken tenders, shrimp creole and red beans. In the cheap... read more

We had roast beef po boys today while we were in New Orleans for French Quarter Festival. Best ever. I ate the whole thing
The chicken, biscuits, and gravy was amazing and honestly the best thing I've eaten here yet!
Salty Shrimp Poboy almost $14??? I asked for no tomatoes on my 30$ order and they still put them on my poboys. Cashier was very mean . Yet very nice to another lady behind me . Cooks were nice when my order came up . I was very disappointed . Bad customer service.
We had the seafood muffaletta and sausage jumbalaya! Yeah baby it was the bomb! A must stop in the French Quarter!
Obviously frozen shrimp on day old bread for $15? I'll pass!
Best food in Nee Orleans. Have been coming since I was 16. Worth the drive from Alabama
Fantastic!
We had great plans and walked to johnnies for a traditional breakfast before a Saints football game and were in for a tremendous surprise. The bad news is that johnnies had recently been virtually gutted by a fire. We were deeply stressed and disappointed. New Orleans could never be quiet the same without johnnies po boys. The good news is that renovations are well underway. Johnnies will be back and hopefully with all all of its unique ambience and wonderful food.
I love this place!...I will drive from Mobile Al just for a cheeseburger on french... :-)
