Twice I've tried to eat here. One time it was well over 45 minutes before I got my off the menu slices. The next time, the off the menu slices looked like they just piled scraps on top of a cold pizza.
Had dinner here for the last time, dirty tables, litter everywhere outside, cigarette butts all over the ground, counted over 40. Poor service and lousy food. Not going back.
My husband and I love this place! Their pizza is amazing and their lemon pepper wings are terrific! Can't wait to order us some tonight for the Draft!
This has been a horrible experience eating here. It took almost 30 min to get unsweet iced tea. And they brought me the wrong food item and because it is covered in cheese I didn't notice it was eggplant parm and eggplant makes me ill, so it has gone from bad to worse.

However we also need to explain that we usually refrain from such large parties at the last minute as they are very difficult to manage when the restaurant is already full and when the group is in constant movement. Very slow service and it's the second time the food quality was bad and not worth the money .
I love the pizza and lasagna!!!! And the garlic bread is like Candy to me!! I just wish they had homemade ranch dressing.......
We visit this place while we were here for an event we found that the staff was extremely friendly and polite the food was excellent we would come back the next time we are in town
I love the food served here but the service is crap. We never get our appetizers because they never put them in or get them after we get our entree the two stars is based on food alone.
Since it came to Rome I've been disappointed. The staff is always friendly.. Party size means nothing to them... The food brings back alot of NYC memory's.
