Authentic New York style! The slices are appropriately large, sauce to cheese ratio is great on a classic slice, the crust is the perfect thickness and has a nice crunch. Try a slice of meatball and onion! That's our favorite combo. I wasn't impressed with the eggplant topping- too much batter and oil. But all else is delicious! We love this little slice of New York in Rome! ��
Great atmosphere and my girls loved the pizza on our Father and daughter date. Definitely going back .
We had a 1972 Party Luncheon with several friends....Maybe 20 and we got the best service and best food I have had in a long time. I will be going back as many times I can. We loved our server. Thank you.
Halloween night we came in at 6:49 PM, I know this because I sent my sister a text of a picture while we were seated. We did not leave until 8:25 and I know this because as my husband left to get the car he texted me and asked me to get him a drink to go. During this time there were 2 other families in the restaurant and some outside. It took us 17 minutes to even get menus after we were seated and I let the waitress know then that we were not happy. Great place to meet for lunch... I have had slow service before but the food is delicious.
Eat here all the time. Today was a terrible experience. Was with a large party that ordered before my wife and I arrived. They all ordered and got food in a timely manner. We waited 45 minutes and still took ours in to go boxes. Any offer for the kitchen's incompetence? Nope. It'll be a while before I'm back.
John and I really enjoyed our food. Did not have a long wait and Really enjoyed the music. Our dinner partners were pretty good too. �
We came on a fluke. We had the best time with pizza, family and trivial pursuit.
After reading a lot of reviews, I won't ever eat here. I have 30 plus years expierence in customer service. 20 of those years in management. Judging from the reviews I have read you don't know the first thing about customer service. Nothing upsets me more than poor customer service. I can give you advice on how to change your poor customer service into awesome customer service.
