For some reason all the tv's are playing the dumb fucking Iowa state basketball game against tcu (worst team in the nation) instead of the Iowa high school wrestling championships..bad service as well
I ordered cheese balls the other day and u changed them to like pepper jack cubes or something... please change back the old ones are 100 times better than these new ones.. the new ones have a nice little kick but they have NO flavor... I rate them a 1.5 but the staff their rocks so 1.5i rated the overall experience a 3... think about bringing the old ones back. ..
Great environment the bar staff is amazing, friendly the DJ there is amazing!!!! Great food I will definitely be back!!
Positives: our food came quickly and was not overly expensive (2 of us ate for $20) Negatives: The table we sat at was very cheap and wobbly. As we looked around, saw two more tables the same way. My Philly cheesesteak was not warm at all (although it had been at some point because the small amount of cheese was melted). My fries were tepid. Our waitress was below average--no smiling or being friendly, just matter-of-fact like.
Stay Away!!!! Your bartenders/servers commit fraud. And then lie and try to cover it up when they get caught. I will never visit this restaurant, and I will make sure I tell all my friends in Des Moines, IA area to stay away.
Your dishonest bartenders give those of us who are honest and work hard a bad name. Your service must really be terrible for your bartenders to have to write in tips for themselves!
The "big screen" consisted of four 42" TVs taped together like Uncle Buck hosting a tailgate party in Kentucky! Nice work, I applaud your total disregard for your customer!
