Love the clothes But the online service is not good. on a Thursday I ordered a shirt that was on sale and in stock. they did not process it until the next Tuesday when of course, there were none left in stock, so apparently they canceled the order. I never got an email informing me of this. Called 10 days later asking about the status and was only notified then that it had been canceled. I agree with other reviewer‘s: buyer beware.
Extremely poor customer service. After 5 emails and a few phone calls I still am waiting to hear about the order I placed more than 2 weeks ago. I love the product, but might have to cancel.
I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is non-existent. The two ways to try to communicate with them are to write something under a post of theirs on their FB page, which tends to get a response eventually, but one that is of absolutely no help. Or, you can try messaging them on their FB page, too, but responses there are also useless. They are incompetent and lie, making you feel like you are being gas-lighted.
