My experience with this company was terrible. The first appointment was a no show. They said their equipment was broken. The second appointment the lady soft washed my retainer wall but it didn't come clean. I called and sent pics to the company to let them no that their employees didn't do a good job. They sent out another employee who didn't have any experience and said he only had worked a Seattle bar until johnny tsunami hired him. I scheduled an estimate with them and they called a day before telling me they had a scheduling problem and needed to reschedule. It happens, so we rescheduled for this morning. I took the morning off from work to meet them and they called an hour before my scheduled appointment and wanted to reschedule again. I told them if they can’t even keep an appointment for a simple estimate why would I trust them on my house?
Drivers need to be more careful. Cut in front of 20 cars on the freeway.
Chris did a fantastic job washing both the inside and outside of the windows at my office today. And most importantly, he identified that 2 of our windows have bad seals so we can get those fixed before there is more damage. I wholeheartedly recommend Johnny Tsunami!!
