We had 7:00 reservation. Went a hour and a half early to sit at the bar. So glad we did !! The bar staff was really busy , flat out. But made us feel welcome and not rushed at all. Food was great service even better. Thank you
The food was incredible. The staff/service was exemplary. We were in town for a show at Proctor's. But, we will definitely make a trip down the Northway to return. Great experience!! (The hostesses could have been a little kinder and warmer, trying to push us to eat in the bar. On our way out, I observed them being just as curt to incoming guests. Glad that we did not leave, which we almost did when they greeted us. They need to be more like the wait and bus staff! They are amazing!)
The service was excellent, food was very good, except in my dish there was roasted potatoes which were clearly old. It was very disappointing, other than that my son rated the chicken parm a 9 out of 10 which is a very high rating for him.. Lol. My husband ordered the Valentine's day special filet and lobster, the filet was slightly under cooked and the lobster was over cooked, still tasty, he said. All in all the 4 stars is only because the old cold potatoes , and meat temps.. Otherwise it would've been 5 stars..
We Came For First Time Tonite And The Food And Service Were Both Excellent. We Will Definitely Be Returning Again Soon
2nd time here. 1st i was recommended by coworkers, so I made reservations for my lady and I and it was amazing. As soon we got the bread and balsamic oils my lady said she bring her father for father for his bday surprise. And we are here as we speak. Just delicious!!!! A1 all across. Love this place!
Ate there two nights in a row. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Tonight the food was good and the service was absolutely horrible. Insane how it can be completely different in two back to back days.
This was my first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the desserts were amazing! Our waitress was always attentive and very friendly. It was a wonderful birthday dinner! Reservations are a must.
