Very nice people but they have gotten crazy expensive. They sent out two people (one appeared to be a trainee) on a non-weekend and non-emergency call. A garden hose faucet (bibb) needed replacing and I was afraid that I had messed it up since it would not come off and got a tiny bit twisted around. The people were nice and decided that the only thing needed was to unscrew the old faucet (it took some muscles) and screw the new one on. The cost was just under $250!
