Awful service, mediocre food, lazy staff. They need management that cares..
The wait staff was lazy at best. Order was completely messed up. Wouldn't recommend the stop here for the over priced and under served food.
Normally love going to Johnny rockets. But yesterday around 2:15 my family and I had the worst customer service I have experienced in any place. We sat waiting for our menues and to even be acknowledge only to see three different sets of customers come in, in separate times after us get menues and be served. I waited until I noticed the waitress taking the order of the last set of customers that came in and proceeded to walk by us and again not say one thing or look at us, we decided to leave. Our server was amazing. Friendly, informative and attentive. My son wanted to go there and we had a great time. Thank you! �
People got there after us and got their food before we did. Sat there for 30 plus minutes and never got our food. We went to leave and at least tried to pay for the drinks and the guy at the register skip over us. Probably won't go back to this location.
Understaffed. One cook, one waiter. The bathroom was not taken care of, ketchup bottles needed to be filled. Our party of three got there before 12:00 and before the rush. Saw several people come in and wait, and wait before finally walking out. The food was mediocre and had sat too long before it got to us.
