It's never a let down to go to Johnny Rockets. The employees are always friendly and make sure everything is to your liking.
We went there for lunch yesterday. It was packed! We got seated after a 10-13 minute wait (expected). Our waiter was super nice, but we did have to wait for refills and our fries (which we ordered to come out asap). He gave us a free applesauce to satisfy the baby which was appreciated. The fries when they came out were ok, but not hot and not very flavorful. He did bring us fresh tater tots which were amazing and also my burger (the smokehouse BBQ one) was delicious. They made me wait 15 minutes to take my drink order employees playing grad but in front of customs employees are borderline rude I have got better service at a freaking McDonald's
Need to boost their Customer service, by the time your meal reaches you , it is cold... Service need to be seamless.. Staff was just going through the motion, rather than being enthusiastic about their job...
Well the fries were cold when the food got served...staff didn't check on if drink refills are needed...place could of used some cleaning and tlc... staff could be more friendly and enthusiastic. ... burger was good....great music
Hostess was rude when our party of nine stated we didn't want to sit away from either other. She said "well you'll just have to wait on another booth then". Milk shakes were good, but the food was cold and fries were bland. Nearly as hot inside as it was outside. Wont be going back there. Very disappointed.
The burger I had was delicious! It was a promotional item and it wasn't entered correctly into the system, so my cousin got her burger and was able to completely finish it before they noticed I didn't have mine. When they noticed though, it took minutes! They were kind enough to comp my meal to make up for the delay as well. I was very pleased! We will definitely be back!
