Very disappointing experience. We haven’t been to Johnny Rockets in a few years and I’m sorry that we ever stepped back in those doors. The restaurant was dirty, the service was incredibly slow and the staff was very inattentive. Our server walked out of the restaurant 3 times to take personal calls on his cell. The food was decent but it definitely doesn’t make up for the rest of the terrible service. If there was a manager or anyone that appeared to be in charge, I wound have complained on the spot.
It was pretty crowded but our party of 6 was well cared for. Food was great too =).
Food cold . Burger not cooked as requested. Had to carry it back myself to cook. Waiter disappeared. Long wait to get food back. It was perfect when returned. Charged for itemd that are listed as" freebies". Almost walked out due to excessive wait for someone to report to register to pay. I live here and usually eat here on trip to Destin. Was not a good experience yesterday. Also I requested an additionally tomato slice. It was brought to me speared on end of a plastic fork
