I came to Seattle on vacation from England and on my last night in the city, I found myself inside the Pacific Place shopping mall, feeling extremely hungry. I decided to give this place a try and wish I hadn’t bothered. The milkshake I had was ok but the fries were cold and rock solid and the hot dog I had made me ill back in my hotel room and I spent a good two hours in the bathroom with a bad stomach. I’m trying to get away from the burgers and I was just with a friend that loves the place for the fast service and the proximity to the movie theater.
We had Kendra birthday dinner and she got a birthday sundae. We had a wonderful time.. Love u place..

Great food, wonderful service. Been going here for 13 years now, and yeah it'd be cute to have the jukebox back, but Edgar's service was really great and I'm thankful that this place still exists here, someplace we can eat that isn't pretentious in Pacific place.

My server Sydney was a delight! Very friendly and smiling the entire time, and my food was fanominal!!!
