I loved the food and the service was outstanding!!!
Worst experience ever! It took 45 minutes to get our food, which was ice cold when we got it. We asked our waitress to speak to a manager and the manager sent a teenager over. I explained to the teenage the problem, was never offered to remake the food or apologized to, the teenager spoke with the manager and came back and said that his manager couldn't talk to us but can give us 20% off our bill. Just ate here and the service was good but the burgers were very greasy. The tater tots were not edible. The burgers were over priced and smaller than I remember. I will not be eating here ever again.
Yesterday my husband took me to Johnny Rockets, and it was my first time. The food was "AMAZING," the staff were wonderful and very courteous, and the atmosphere was awesome! My favorite part was when the staff came out and danced. You guys rock, and we will definitely be returning! I haven't had a home style burger in years. I enjoyed every bit of my experience!
Waiting 12 min for a drink refill on a Tuesday night. Hair in chicken wings that look dehydrated in which we ordered 8 and only got 7 and then they brought out the 8th because the cook didn't see it.. The buns for the burgers were hard. You pay extra for the onion rings and I got 5 pathetic onion rings. I told the waiter that this was the saddest order of onion rings I ever saw and asked if they had ran out. He said no and walked away. They restaurant had a broken bench seating which is stopping larger families from dinning.... read more
