I had such an unwelcoming experience speaking with one of the cash register employees today . Her speech was very moronic and I unpleasantly rude and nasty . The only reason I did not request a refund was because the other restaurants in the airport were closing . I will never eat or recommend this location to any do to the poor treatment I received tonight .
Hardly any meat for the burger patties. Was very disappointing
Cold cheeseburger on a cold bun, shake machine busted and all this is served with an attitude. Ugly experience.
The biggest problem I had with this establishment was the employees taking up the entire counter at lunchtime on a Monday. With the exception of the cashier and a couple of cooks all the other employees were sitting on the customers counter yelling and carrying on in a very loud and unprofessional manner. Not worth the price. I’m sorry Burger King is gone from just outside security. $16 for a VERY small cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke is INSANE! Not coming back here ever again. And a bottle of Coke is $3.17 and the fountain Coke is about $3.83? What the hell? They practically encouraged me to buy a bottle cause they are too lazy to fill a cup. And I’ve been here three times in the last three years, the staff looks at you like you are a lesser person and gives two craps less how your order is done!
Burger was awful, tables was dirty don't think I'll be back
Awful food. Stale bun. Fries cool and chewy. Go somewhere else.
Sad to have this spot and you want to try it but when the manager walks away without letting customers know what is going on. Clearly waiting 10 minutes for the new cashier to clear the back orders was not thed correct move. When you speak to the manager and she gives an excuse instead of a solution points to poor customer service skills for the whole store. Show by example and customers will enjoy good communication.
