I was there yesterday with my kids and walked out. The guy (I believe he was the cook) said they were understaffed and he was taking orders himself. There were two other girls there, but neither was taking orders. After we were seated, no one ever took our drink order or even acknowledged us. The cook ended up taking the order of the table next to us (who was seated after us) and still walked away without saying a word to us! We ended up walking out. So disappointing.
Very short handed today. Cook was also the waiter and the cashier. Waited way too long to get served. People were walking out because they weren’t getting waited on. Cook yelling at his daughter who was not a server but trying to help out. Felt bad for the small staff that was trying to keep the place running but wouldn’t go back because of our experience.
Third time here, third exact same experience. Maybe it’s just a mid day staff problem but there were only two servers that we could see working and not a single person even acknowledged us for 18 minutes. Us and another couple walked out. I kept trying it here bc I like the food and the theme but I’m done trying!! I understand being busy and not having staff but at least let us know you see us and will be with us ASAP!
RecommendedThe tater tots with cheese, bacon and barbecue sauce were amazing!! The wait/kitchen staff put on a good show for the customers and our server Abi was super friendly. We'll definitely be back.
