Waited over 45 minutes to get our food to find out the order was never put in. Then was told we were getting a good discount. They gave us $5 off
RecommendedIf you like the 50s hit this place up, definently one of my favorite joints now.
Went 10 mins without being waited on. Waitress greeted us with 'I guess I'll wait on you let me grab my stuff. Waitress came unprepared and took food order without taking drink order. We ordered shakes and then she then immediately asked us if we wanted any shakes. Shakes took 20 minutes to get and was melted by the time we asked again for them, so we had liquid shake. Food was meh. No refills offered on sodas purchased. Waitress did not check on us once, and we did not have any straws. Don't think I'll be returning.
Greasy burgers, but overall pretty good food. The shakes were great, but the burger patties are a little thin.

Waited for over 10 minutes for the wait staff to acknowledge we were there. No one every came, so we left. As we were leaving a waitress came out to get her cigarettes from someone... way to go! Cigarettes are more important than paying customers! Thanks for nothing Johnny Rockets!
Very slow service and unspectacular food
stopped by tonight for dinner with my wife and niece for the first time. they seemed under staffed but the way we were treated you never would have guessed it, they had one girl seating people and cleaning tables and one waiter on the floor but yet every group in there was treated as if they were the only ones there. the food and shakes were some of the best we have had in a long time but did not compare to how good the service was. and to top it off the waiter got a very good tip from us and was honest enough to check back ... read more
