Before I make a Positive Review. I want to be sure they fix the problem from when I had my vehicle placed in service since 8-28-25 . Now I have picked up my vehicle, I am still having the same issue from one of my repairs that I requested to get corrected. I have left a Message for a Supervisor to call me back as of 9-11-25.

It's a seamless process to purchase a vehicle or receive maintenance; as the staff is friendly and attentive. However, corresponding with the finance team post purchase has proved to be quite difficult. I have refinanced my vehicle and am trying to receive a refund for the unused portion of GAP insurance.
