Had dinner at the springfield location and it was the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I had to chase a server down to take my order. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come get me a drink when we arrived I decided to just order my food to go since I knew we would most likely be waiting awhile. Not only did I have to wait forever but when the servers did come to the table they had zero personality and were less than friendly. Apparently they don't work for tips? Worst service ever and jukebox stole my money and when i asked everyone to talk to a manager they had 6 managers everyone that worked there was managers and they were very rude johnny js in medina you fucking suck get good bar tenders i shouldnt have to wait at the bar for 40 min to get a drink once again Johnny js you fucking suck
I have no idea how these are all still open. Honestly the trashiest bartenders and I'm afraid to order a drink there because of the number of people ruffied at these bars. Customers drugged with the staff knowing full well what's going on.
They suck, had open booths but wouldn't let us sit there because they are only for couples of four, but we could have a table in the back that would seat 4. Talked to the manger and she pretty much told me to go f myself. I told her they just lost a weekly customer. Hope they do that every day
I was enjoying my wings and my server came out crying. No names said. The reson why? The owner is always yelling at the severs and i know this bc my friend used to work there and she knows what goes on behind closed doors. Just thought people should know about this
Springfield Crew is the best. A big shout out to Marvin, Carmen, Steve and Andrew. I enjoy it there
