The food was somewhat ok but it took over 45 minutes to get our order then the waitress gave us the check at the same time. This place doesn't seem to know customer service.

Carinos picked up their game! We hadn't been here in maybe four years, but gave it another chance thanks to the Groupon. The service was beyond great, and the food is amazing. The pecan-encrusted chicken salad is the best salad I've ever had! We'll be regulars from now on. :)

Now I've come to Carino's a number of times and this is the first time I've actually left not happy. They get 3 stars because the food was great, but service was absolutely horrible. 1) in a practically empty establishment 11 patrons plus me and a colleague there's no reason a water/tea glass should sit empty for 8 mins. 2) it's customary to bring silverware out if it's not already on the table it shouldn't need to be requested. 3) it's also customary to check in and ask if anything is needed it shouldn't look like a chore t... read more
