Hate that we have to wait so long to be seated at the tavern to get the happy hour specials. Once seated it took a while for our drink order to be taken. The bread loaf was hard� We've only had the wings & avocado fries lately and those were good at a great price. The strawberry margarita was great but service needs to improve.
Ever since you changed to the tavern side of things everything is out of whack! Quality of food, service, waiter appearance , attitude.... it’s bad you lost me as a twice a week customer
Picked up dinner and I asked for no mushrooms. Server told me as I picked up she saw mushrooms and pasta would be replaced. I got home and noticed pasta was dry from the top. The mushrooms were still in the bottom and all over the chicken . Sadly we had a bad service.

Like the service and the food but don't like the fact that both me and my girlfriend have pizza for a year but are not allowed to use them at the same time.
Gave you a 2nd chance. Your service is still under par. Ordered the fish and chips and was completely dissatisfied. Had to send back my chips 2 times because they were cold. Fish was over cooked. I saw a lot of plates go back to the kitchen that the chief came out and talked to some customers. This will be my last meal here at the Laredo Carinos. Was a very loyal customer for many years but no more.
The bartenders were never attentive. We literally had to wave them to down bring us refills and place our order. I would understand when the got their dinner rush but the bar wasn’t packed. But... The chicken Alfredo Pizza and beer was amazingggg, wings not so much or the fried calamari. Should just remove them from their menu.
Gave it a second chance. Again it’s noisy. Ordered the same beer as last week. After all $4 is a good price. Ordered a burger medium rare. The bartender warned me the burger was “beef”. What were they before? Burger came medium and was OK. When my bill came the beer was $8! When I told her that last time they were $4 she checked and adjusted them to $6. Two strikes your OUT.
