The food is good, the place look dirty and the service is awful.
We had a friendly server, but everything else was a letdown. Nachos were cold, lasagna recipe has changed (not in a good way), and fettuccine sauce was ultra bland and disappointing.
Portions too small for the price.

We came in from the cold and rain and being a larger family, we're use to less than friendly staff..not at Carinos. They welcomed us with warmth and care and the food was DELICIOUS. They shall be missed, terribly.

We had an eclub coupon that Carino's mailed to us ... we called ahead to verify that it would be honored, they assured us it was good for dine-in only. Once we ordered, they would not honor it. Apparently it's not good in "Idaho"! The manager was argumentative and exhibited the worst customer service. This is the first negative review I've ever taken the time to leave. I will not be going back.
Great food and really good service.
