I visited first time here and i had one of the worst experience in my life. There was a staff old lady i ask he for assistance to match my size instead of helping me she was telling me the price of product i give 0/10 to store staff specially that old lady ill figure out her name and put a new review again
Was in there yesterday 15/08/28 and I found the lady behind the counter rude. I asked if they had 3 xl in a certain jacket and she replied they start and $180 then turned away. That wasn’t my question. Also I was the only one in the shop and didn’t ask if I needed help. Please Don’t judge a book by its cover. I will never return here even though I’m a longtime customer.
An awesome place for big men! It's usually a very sad and depressing experience for big men but this store changes all that! Jaye has helped me a couple of times in the last couple of weeks, but every time I go in the staff are amazing! I'm so happy that I found Johnny Bigg and I encourage every big man to make a visit to get some great clothes with awesome service!
