I had a fantastic shopping experience at Johnny Bigg Blacktown, thanks to Tamanna. She was extremely patient, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Her clothing suggestions were spot-on, and she took the time to understand what we were looking for without making us feel rushed. Tamanna’s excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. She is a real asset to the store. Highly recommend her and the team at Johnny Bigg Blacktown!
Great service. Welcome as you enter the store. Very helpful with sizing and fitting. Very satisfied
Just want to say thank you and huge shoutout to Rose who helped me select a few staple pieces for my new job!! She was kind and understanding that helped me decide how I wanted to present myself. There's not a huge range out there for larger women who like to present more masculine like myself so it was so refreshing to be helped by a salesperson like her who could narrow down what I needed!! Thank you Rose!!
I visited first time here and i had one of the worst experience in my life. There was a staff old lady i ask he for assistance to match my size instead of helping me she was telling me the price of product i give 0/10 to store staff specially that old lady ill figure out her name and put a new review again
