Just want to say thank you and huge shoutout to Rose who helped me select a few staple pieces for my new job!! She was kind and understanding that helped me decide how I wanted to present myself. There's not a huge range out there for larger women who like to present more masculine like myself so it was so refreshing to be helped by a salesperson like her who could narrow down what I needed!! I visited first time here and i had one of the worst experience in my life. There was a staff old lady i ask he for assistance to match my size instead of helping me she was telling me the price of product i give 0/10 to store staff specially that old lady ill figure out her name and put a new review again
Was in there yesterday 15/08/28 and I found the lady behind the counter rude. I asked if they had 3 xl in a certain jacket and she replied they start and $180 then turned away. That wasn’t my question. Also I was the only one in the shop and didn’t ask if I needed help. Please Don’t judge a book by its cover. I will never return here even though I’m a longtime customer.
