Super disappointed with David and Carolina. While move-in with David went smoothly, the apartment itself wasn’t even professionally cleaned - we dealt with hard water stains and buildup from day one. The move-out process was equally frustrating and unprofessional. I know that they are realtors and primarily deal in selling/renovating homes but stay away from them if they are associated with rentals. The way Carolina and David handle security deposits after move-outs is a complete joke and unprofessional. I was charged over $500 for cleaning services that had nothing to do with actual repairs beyond wear and tear, which is clearly stated in lease agreements!
