I absolutely loved this place! I went yesterdey, and Paula- the young woman working there- paid attention to every single detail of my car!
Extremely disappointed. I have to open the hatch door to show her all the dirt. The rims were not cleaned. I paid for armor all tire, poorly done.
Waited over 20 minutes for employees to dry my car, but instead of finishing the job they spent the time standing around talking among themselves. After waiting far longer than necessary, I ended up leaving with my car still wet. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience overall. Ridiculous.
Excellent car wash. I did an interior detail and was very impressed. It looks and smells brand new. Joey the manager goes above and beyond for his customers & employees. I will be returning.
