The service dept is one of the best in the west. Its hard to find Sales and Service Employees, who go above and beyond. Johnny Walker is by far an Outstanding combination of both. My parents dealt with JWRV and recommended us to them. We are happy to continue to recomend them.
I had a great experience today with their parts department. I needed a part for my sway bar and instead of selling me a whole new sway bar they gave me the part off of an old one I just installed it and it was a perfect fit. Then I asked for some advice on a leak I was having after a few diagnostic questions he had the right part in my hands at a price comparable to Amazon. They were also Veteran friendly. Thanks!
Highly recommend Tommy Degregory and Pat Maloney. No pressure to buy and very knowledgeable gentlemen about the industry. They along with everyone we have met at JW believe in customer service and taking care of the customer like family.
JWRV is a Jayco dealer but will not service our less than year old Jayco Alante motorhome. They specifically said “we will not service your warranty items because you did not buy it here”. They threatened this when we were shopping for the RV but we were naive enough to think that an authorized dealer would service the customers of the manufacturer who contracts with them. Just stopped in at Johnny walkers and was told they will never do warranty work on my jayco pinnacle because I didn’t buy it there. They’re a Jayco dealer. That’s like a Chevy dealership in Colorado refusing warranty work because it was bought Las Vegas. Sad that they’re only value proposition. “Buy It here or we’ll never service it”
Now remember Johnnie Walker is a Dealer of Recreational Vehicles and Motor Homes, they are selling product not manufacturing it. I won't mention any manufacturers but when you buy from Johnnie Walker they back up what they sell. They are very busy yes and will address any manufacturers issues you might have. Again keep in mind that they don't control the factory they fix the screw ups from the factory and all the factories screw ups.
