This was the most horrifying experience. I was there a year ago had my exam etc. ordered my contacts etc. They said that will be X amount of dollars. So I paid it . Just went in today they said that same thing I said is that with my insurance? They preceded to tell me I didn't have insurance. Then I explained they filled last time and they are xplained to me no we didn't. I said what ? Are you kidding me ? I paid it all out of my pocket? They said yes.
