John was beyond helpful. We flew in from cali with 20 rentals we lined up to see (that we booked ourselves) he asked if we had trouble reaching agents which we did, and he took time out of his day to be so helpful and get us into places. Once we got home i called an agent about a house and mentioned how many houses we saw and this man yelled at me! Said i was uneducated and took advantage of people. If I could give 0 stars I would. Richard Huynh from John Griffith Realty reached out because I was inquiring about a property, he scheduled a time with me to meet then flaked minutes before the scheduled time. I was already on my way. He tried to push it back by an hour, harassed me for confirmation in the time span of 5 mins and blocked me. Mind you I was driving and couldn’t respond as quickly as he wanted me to. Poor customer service. Whole thing seemed like a scam. I wouldn’t trust this realty group at all.

Sarah Bonn is the most unprofessional "realtor" I've ever met. She was late to our meetings and used her family as an excuse for not being available or running late.
