Matt is a miracle. Me and my boyfriend are moving states to Las Vegas and were struggling to find a place due to all the regulations nowadays with income verification before having moved despite good credit and savings. Matt was able to talk to some landlords to get them to work with our situation which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. Super helpful and nice guy, made the process really smooth, definitely would recommend for anyone looking to buy or rent
