I find this was not a SOLUTION -BASED Doctor! He gave me 1 pain eval and 1 solution in 3month = oxycontin 5mg. He claims he'll re-evaluate your pain after a 10day trial and then offer further solutions. He Lied and continued to send the same prescription- as he became impossible to reach, I got a portfolio of excuses via the female assistant. Then I got a letter May 2023 this doctor is banned from Walgreens Pharmacies. F Grade for "Solution Based" Pain Relief. Buyer -Patient Beware!
