This office is not about service or patient care. It's all about herding the masses in and out. Nobody cares how long you wait to see the doctor or how long a visit actually takes. I haven't been back since 2016 and this last visit was confirmation why I will never come back. Visit was very non personable .

Dr. Z was excellent as always. I for a few weeks I had/have throat pain at the base of my ears. Waited a week to get an ENT appointment come to find out Friday that they changed my appointment to the next week. Dr. Z fit me in on a FRIDAY morning. What a blessing!
