Awesome, very quick, excellent staff from Reception, to "Smiley" and the "Baby student Xray tech" and Dr C.
It was a short visit but so far I liked the experience. We will see how the rest of my treatment goes. I have a boot for 2 weeks and then I will have some therapy on my left foot. I am 76 and my left foot is wearing out.
Pleasant visit. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I was fitted for a boot on Feb 9th, received a call from Dr. C the next day in reference to my primary insurance which is BCBS & my secondary is Ambetter. He even connected me to someone in billing to ensure if BCBS didn't pay that I would for the boot! Boot is 600 bucks. I told them then to bill Ambetter & it should be covered, either way move forward and if I had to pay i will, especially if it's something I need.
