If I could give 0 stars I would! I was fitted for a boot on Feb 9th, received a call from Dr. C the next day in reference to my primary insurance which is BCBS & my secondary is Ambetter. He even connected me to someone in billing to ensure if BCBS didn't pay that I would for the boot! Boot is 600 bucks. I told them then to bill Ambetter & it should be covered, either way move forward and if I had to pay i will, especially if it's something I need. It was very attentive. The staff was great. I definitely would be Going back
We had a very good experience with Dr. C. He was friendly, knowledgeable and wasn’t in a rush. He talked to my 15 year old as the patient and connected with him on his level. Very professional! I am very pleased with my experience.
