She is excellent, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and personable. She has done 2 procedures for me , and made them comfortable as she could, and talked me through them. Really appreciate her.
Professional and thorough. Would recommend
Very knowledgeable and caring Dr.
Passion, dedication, knowledge, attention, thorough, great care, and respect I felt from the first visit and decided to have a surgery with Dr. Tsai. In the last two years I had several surgeries, but this was not a surgery for me. It was a great performance in Carnegie Hall conducted by an incredible Dr Tsai. I can't Thank You enough DR. Tsai. With great respect and appreciation,Sh. Petrosyan
Had a very unsatisfactory visit with Robert Hickman at La Jolla UTC this morning. It was my first time using One Medical and it is marketed as 'unrushed appointments' but it was very rushed. I had more questions and he literally said 'we don't have any more time for that.' And rushed me out the office door. I was so confused. He must have had another appointment. I've never experienced that at a doctor's office in my life.
Unfortunately, one of the worst pychiatry experiences I've had, and I've seen at least a dozen. Instead of listening, she spent our whole half hour repeating that she doesn't want to take me on as a patient if I am already being seen by another psychiatrist (fair enough, but wasting our time repeating it 100x doesn't help). I have Kaiser, and they are horrible for mental health, so I need to see an outside Pych. for the past few years. Despite trying dozens of meds, nothing helps, so my Dr recommends I do a course of K IV. L... read more
Dr. Reddy is truly a gem in the quagmire of the Kaiser Permanente system. Unlike his colleagues, he's not a body shamer, he is not rude, and he treats his patients with dignity and respect, very unusual at Kaiser. He treated me like a human being, which I wasn't expecting. He listened to me, performed surgery on me, and followed up professionally. His kindness is apparent, and he's a highly skilled surgeon. I am so blessed to have had Dr. Reddy considering the other 'surgeons' at Kaiser whom I dealt with originally. Truly, D... read more
I was stressed out when I met him in the Hospital as I was having breathing problems. He was very quick to assess my situation then making me comfortable. He was my Doctor for the four days I was there at Kaiser. He did his best toMake sure I had a small cup of coffee as that was important to me. He read through my chart and saw I had an extra 20 pounds on me at which he figured out it was fluid around my lungs and heart and by the second day I lost ten pounds of fluid and could move and breath unencumbered. If I ever experi... read more
Dr. Tran certainly chose the right career as she knows how to make you feel safe and trusting at a time when you are concerned and frightened. I had no concerns about undergoing surgery and her follow up afterwards was most comforting.
