This doctor is unreliable and not very professional. He tries to socialize too much while performing his job on the patient. He did no examination of my feet prior to trimming my toenails and didn't help me put my shoes back on. I am his patient because my insurance covers his services.
I was told I would receive a call back in 3 weeks and it’s been 6 and still nothing. They never answer the phone and they don’t return calls. I think they’re running a scam or something - there’s no good explanation for why this is so bad!
I visited his clinic in Sep 2021. I got my blood drawn on that day. Now it is March 2022, and I still have not received a follow-up call from Dr. John Joo. A couple of days ago, I received a bill from the lab that I owe $38. Called his office, and the billing dept said they were not going to take care of this bill, so I ended up wasting $38 for nothing. I would not recommend this clinic.
