We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Joo! We were referred to him by my mother with glowing reviews, who had taken my grandmother to see him years ago. My daughter has a movement disorder and I was nervous about how he would handle positioning her foot and everything. Most doctors see that she is disabled and don't really know how to accommodate. This doctor is unreliable and not very professional. He tries to socialize too much while performing his job on the patient. He did no examination of my feet prior to trimming my toenails and didn't help me put my shoes back on. I am his patient because my insurance covers his services.
I was told I would receive a call back in 3 weeks and it’s been 6 and still nothing. They never answer the phone and they don’t return calls. I think they’re running a scam or something - there’s no good explanation for why this is so bad!
