My two sons saw him three months ago. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. However, when I tried to make an appointment for myself today after registering 7 (!) months ago, the receptionist told me that he's leaving and giving his patients to a nurse practitioner. The receptionist claimed he sent out letters to all his clients. I know that isn't true because my sons and I have received no such notice either through the U.S. mail or by email. That is unprofessional and unacceptable.
My husband and I really like Dr. Woltz he is a very caring person, but his staff are terrible. I have left messages with simple request and no one call back. I have had to go to his office in person to get anything resolved. I was told that someone is going to call me back and that was on Monday today is Thursday and I am still waiting... All I need is my prescription called in to the pharmacy and nothing. Not great service and if they grown bigger it is going to get worse. They need a capable staff that can do the job.
I absolutely love Dr. Woltz. I've never felt uncomfortable, and he has always been professional. The best part is that he does not push medications and likes to find out the cause. I'll be getting my husband here as well! Thank you to the staff for all your care!
Both doctors are out of office with no coverage. All sick visits are being referred to urgent care. This is unacceptable.
