They came out to fill my oil tank and filled my neighbors tank. My tank fill is next to my porch cause my tank is under the porch. They were able to leave the bill on the correct door. I only found out because now I am without heat. My furnace stopped working and I thought something was wrong. The tech came out and informed me my tank was empty. When I called to get this rectified. They said there was nothing they could or would do. So I get to pay to fill my tank twice.

I greatly appreciate you guys! They really do try to help in every way possible! I ran out of heat in the middle of the night, i chose not to pay more for same day delivery and they still showed up same day. Thank you!!!!
