Update: I called their office. They were polite about the situation, offered to send a new crew out, and ended up fixing the faucet. I am very pleased and thankful. Original: Terrible. Guy told me to grind off the city hardware. Charged me a $100 fee called a trip charge! Smh Don’t go with these guys
i guess they are starting their profile over to get away from the bad reviews on the other one!!! these guys suck, the waste time and charge you for it and did i mention the work ethic of the ownera son and his buddy amounted to them not knowing their job and hiding out under my house looking at their phones instead of a leak!!!!
