He has been the worst provider I’ve ever seen by far. He was very dismissive and arrogant. He never once looked at me. He looked at the floor or at his computer. He only addressed one of my many symptoms. Acted like it was no big deal. The worst part of the whole experience was that he never examined me but he wrote in his medical notes that he did. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after everything I went through, it feels important to speak up — especially after receiving a letter from PA Washington stating he could no longer provide me with care. The truth is, I had already decided to move on. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, especially when I reported pain in a new location. I was referred to Dr. Ensley but she had a few months wait to be seen so the scheduler suggested I see John Washington PA. I did because I was having stomach pains. John Washington PA was okay “at best”. Some things that we found to be “off” were that he doesn’t make eye contact. He comes into the room, doesn’t shake your hand, doesn’t look at you, speaks and looks elsewhere etc. He also identified himself as a doctor (which a PA is not). He did not even place a finger on me. He should have at least palpate my neck, abdomen, or look in my throat. More or less He said it was in my head. Sometimes there are no answers. I would not recommend seeing him. He was pleasant enough but notable to diagnose just by reading your record from several years ago. He should at the very least examine a pt.
