we have been seeing Dr Swinford for several years and never have we had any complaints about his service, his knowledge or his staffs knowledge. He works with our insurance we get good looking glasses at a reasonable price, something we need when three of us in the household use glasses.

The doctor is competent and friendly, the staff is very helpful and very good at fitting glasses. Have used them for many years and feel fortunate for their service. Their Saturday hours are appreciated.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure
I don't understand how staff can facilitate false information to the end of bringing people into their office. I called more than once and spoke with someone who represented herself as knowledgeable. I asked for my part on two routine eye exams and heard one story. When I got there as asked I heard another story. The end result, I walked out and felt used.
