I now understand why this doctor’s rating is so low. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they claim to have a strict 10-minute waiting policy. To make sure I was on time, I left home 45 minutes early for what should have been a 25-minute drive. Unfortunately, there was a huge traffic on I-405, not sure if it's due to accident or some road work and I informed the clinic in advance that I’d be a little late. Terrible Doctors Office. They were abusive and incompetent. They said they took Premara but the doctor wasn’t in the network. Dr Knutson was extremely terrible and abusive. I was billed 500 Dollars for a consult and no treatment was done.
This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever seen or dealt with abusive office staff who refuse to listen to patients or witnesses. Any doctor employing this level of incompetent people has to be incompetent themselves.
Was told Swedish takes Premera insurance but not told that this specific doctor is not in network. Got a large bill and the billing dept told me I should have researched further and sorry not sorry. They will say yes if you ask if they take Premera but beware they are NOT in network and you will get a large bill!!! I owe over 400 for a sit down consult. No treatment was done.
