My wife and I recently experienced the misfortune of working with John W. Hansen & Associates. The agent was dishonest about the home he represented from the very beginning of our dealings with him. He misrepresented the listing of the home. Both the MLS listing and the contract distinctly stated that the home’s solar panels were NOT included in the sale of the house.
