The office staff fails to recognize that the patient can purchase diabetic shoes at the place of their choosing. They ignore request of the patient until pressured is placed upon them to react. I still am having a difficult time getting them to send notes of my foot exam to the pharmacy. This is all due to my not wanting to purchase the footwear from their office.
