Run as far away from this woman as you can! I didn’t even want to give her 1 star but had to in order to write a review! She is unethical, dishonest, and just a greedy individual! And even if you clean your rental top to bottom ( including baseboards & window sills) she will keep 98% of your security deposit! She also charged me $325 for lawn maintenance on a very small yard that had just been professionally cut & trimmed less than 30 days prior to my move out! Joann was amazing! My husband and I were tenants of hers for a little over a year. I have never rented before so she was very helpful with everything beyond what I expected. Anytime there was a problem with the home, I could text or call her right away and the problem was always fixed within a week. She was very flexible and was always a pleasure to visit with.
