My complaint is with the service department. I drove from out of town with an appointment. 10 Dropped off my car early 9:35 and came back 10:50 after being told it would 35-40 minutes my van had not moved. They didn’t call to update me. I’m stuck in Perry with two kids until it’s finished. I’m very upset about the lack of customer service. Update: Jerald Hawthorne was the service advisor.

By far one of the SMOOTHEST car buying experiences I have had to date. Marsha, Rick (finance) and Jason (service) were great.
