Visited John Vance this weekend and had the pleasure of working with Diana Martinez. She did exactly as she said. We had called looking for a particular car and when we arrived it was waiting up front for us. She had pulled all the paper work on the car and was ready to sell. The financing part was super easy and was there maybe an hour from start to finish. Without a doubt Jennifer has taken care of us over and over and goes above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even days after the sale, she went out of her way to help us with some aftermarket tinting setting that up and making sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. All the workers were nice, polite and genuine. I was told by Bob Howard workers it would be a week or two for them to fix it. John Vance folks fixed everything and more and I was home by noon!!! Everyone there seemed really happy to be working there! I’m going to them from now on!!!
