My only complaint is my appointment was 9:50. I finally saw him at 11:00. I think they overbooked
I was seen by Dr. Boyd in a timely manner. His staff were respectful and friendly. I was informed with my test results after completion. I was satisfied that I was able to leave my appointment within an hour after being seen by Dr. Boyd and staff.
Six month visit
During my visits with Dr Boyd, he never listened to my concerns with any sincerity nor compassion. Everything seemed to be a one way conversation, which led me feeling as if I wasn't important to him!
Timely, didn't sit around waiting for appointment. Staff performed their duties quickly which included obtaining information from me and EKG without wasting my or their time. Dr Boyd's personable manner made the visit enjoyable instead of a chore.
Concerned about my heart health
I was referred to Dr. Boyd by my primary physician because I had a chest pain one day that scared me. I have never been to a heart Dr, hadn't ekg or anything and was slightly nervous. Everyone at this clinic was amazing. Dr. Boyd was very kind and thorough.

Dr. Boyd is a very caring Christian man. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to my concerns.
