I would like to thank Owen, Riley and Jordan for the excellent work they recently completed installing two backflow valves and other additional plumbing work. The work was very professional, clean, and of high quality. I also appreciate the walk through of the work completed, including the video provided, which was very helpful. The pricing was very competitive and worth every penny. I have already referred John The Plumber to several neighbours and work colleagues and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Jordan was professional in his description of three techniques he had available as the drain blockage process continued. It was the second technique which was successful. He explained what and why he was doing various skilled tasks Jordan has strong interpersonal skills -mannered-helpful and excellent plumbing skills. A+ look forward to booking Jordan again and highly recommend him.

My toilet had some metal screws in which were rusted and needed to be cut off.. sure I could've purchased a sawzall and done it myself but I didn't want to muck around with that. Connor did a quick job of it and also helped to install my bidet. The price for the labor ain't cheap, but I guess that's the sign of the times...

RUDE AND MEAN COSTOMER SERVICE! I called this company to ask about their charges and they threatened me by sending the invoice to a collection agency. That's not how you talk to your customer. You need to learn a lesson.
